Crispy chicken cutlet with tahini dip

Fast, delicious and a ridiculously easy dish to make your weekends even better!

(Great as an appetizer for your gatherings)

For Crispy Chicken Cutlet


  • Chicken breast-1
  • Oats-1 cup
  • Rice flour-1tbl spn
  • corn  flour-1tbl spn
  • ginger paste-1tbl spn
  • Garlic paste-1tbl spn
  • Green chili paste-1tbl spn
  • Vinegar-1tsp
  • egg-1
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry


  1. Cut chicken breasts horizontally into 8 pieces
  2.  Marinate  with all above ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour
  3. Spread oats on a plate and coat chicken pieces
  4. Deep fry

serve with tahini dip

For Tahini Dip


  • half cup yogurt
  • 2tbl spn tahini (White til)paste
  • 2tbl spn virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt  to taste


Mix all above ingredients with a hand mixer,sprinkle red chili flakes and your dip is ready.
